Blacksburg, VA Aug 22, 2003 - One
of the largest videochat communities on the Internet got a
facelift Friday in the area of simplicity. iSpQ "Eye Speak"
VideoChat 6.2 was released to the public by nanoCom
Corporation with a more stable and slimmed down interface.
The first time wizard slimmed from eight down to two steps.
"Originally, iSpQ gave feedback about every step that the
camera, network and speakers went through. The information was
too much and often didn't apply to the majority of people,"
said Ryan Feber, nanoCom Lead Interface Design Engineer. "Now,
an iSpQ visitor only sees what applies to his or her
situation," said Feber.
Beyond the wizards, iSpQ has improvements in network
diagnosis. The detection of Firewalls is essential to IP to IP
communication. This tool leads customers through the complex
subject to configure his or her system to work best while
remaining secure.
Security is a prime focus of iSpQ 6 in addition to the core
features of Instant Messaging, Muli-person videoconferencing,
User Profiles and online directories. iSpQ VideoChat is
available in English, French, German, Spanish and Dutch and
Macintosh OS. Free download and 21-day trials of all versions
are available at www.iSpQ.com.
nanoCom Corporation is a privately held profitable company

VideoChat.
