iSpQ.com was nominated today for the Technology ROI Award in
the customer service area. Right Now Technologies
nominated the nanoCom product website for the award given
by Baseline Magazine and Nucleus Research.
The award honors companies who deploy
a technology that increases their level of customer service
and eases costs. Right Now Technologies, who is a
leading provider of customer support software, chose
iSpQ.com exemplified the awards goals with their
software. Some of Right Now's other notable
customers include: Air New Zealand, Ben & Jerry's, British
Airways, Cisco, Dolby Laboratories, Inc., Electronic Arts, Pioneer,
Remington, Sanyo, and more than 100 public sector clients
including the Social Security Administration and the State
of Florida.
Overall, 93 percent
of all iSpQ.com support visitors find his or her answer
in the self-help section. The other seven
percent go on to submit questions to the support staff through
email. This
elaborate system helps customer service representatives
